Popped in for a coffee and a tea. Know the chain (franchise) well and this come came up to our expectations. Good coffee, but sorry by Americans cannot make tea! Nice staff who were helpful.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has a fairly small parking lot, and a very small venue. Only accessible is traveling West on Sunset Blvd. or Walking. Pretty efficient service most of the time. Product is decent but not "special". Good for a quick snack on the go!
Being a German, I fail to understand the fuss about these chain coffee places, I am afraid. Coffee - sure. But LA has so many individual places to offer I just do not get the success of places like this.
Coffee is good, service fine. Layout of the place is a bit clumsy. The coffee and pastries are good; I understand the iced blended is great, but not what I go for.
The coffee is subpar at best and all the flavoring are one powder or another. The prices are high and the quality is low. Its terrible that their are so many is LA.
