Rocco"s Ristorante & Pizzeria opened in 1999. It is a local favorite and was "Voted Best Pizza in The East Bay" in the Contra Costa Times Readers Poll! We are a family owned and operated restaurant and serve everything from specialty pizzas to fresh pastas, hot sandwiches and more. We welcome small and large parties. Please call about our private room for your event. We know you will enjoy!
We’re from the east coast where we have mom and pop Italian restaurants on every corner. Usually when we travel we find pizzas are inferior in flavor to those we get at home. Rocco’s was different as we thought the pizza was quite good.
I had lunch here with a group. I ordered a cup of minestrone and meat lasagna. The service was good and the food was very good. This was my first visit and I would enjoying coming back to try their pizza and other Italian dishes.
Very authentic Italian style pizza; plenty of different styles and sizes or even a 1/2 - 1/2 (different choice like salami & mushroom on one 1/2 and ham & pineapple the other 1/2).
Very friendly service and knowledgeable.

First off, yes they do pizza here, and if your kids have never seen masters of the art of pizza making, watch these guys go to it as one rolls it out, then tosses it over to the next guy in the assembly line. But...More
I always stop at Rocco's when I'm in the area and they never let me down. The pizza is fantastic and they have a great selection of beers. I only rate them down a touch because the service, while friendly, can be awfully slow sometimes....More

We have had pizza at Rocco’s off and on for years. It is a lively, fun place with good pizza. On Fridays and Saturdays, it gets quite busy and can be a little noisy. This time, we decided to have lunch and try something different....More
Rocco’s is known for great pizza and I have had it numerous times and it never disappoints. On the last visit we had main courses instead. The chicken parmigiana and the eggplant parmigiana were really tasty as were the other main courses. Even so, I...More
Ordered takeout but was shortchanged when we got home and checked the order. The appetizer was to come with 2 pieces of garlic bread but there was only one small piece in the bag to go with the calamari and mussels. Didn’t enjoy the appetizer...More
We go there when in town visiting Son and grandchildren, and keep hoping it will improve, but this time worse and no more returning here. It is loud, crowded, and ill organized with very mediocre pizza and Italian dishes. The wait staff and supervisors seem...More
