We love Tazzaria. They have excellent breakfast, lunch and dinners. Love their hummus and pita chips. They also have some fabulous coffee.

Below the Tazzaria is and eclectic little bar with craft cocktails and great food from Tazzaria. The PHD is old school and they even play records and have old black and white movies on couple TV's. The cocktails are well thought out and the bartenders very creative. A true hidden Gem!!

The food was great, and so was the price. Went on a week day, so it wasn't too busy. Service was good.

Dinner here is delicious. The pasta dishes are definitely worth ordering -- made with the freshest ingredients (actually, true of all the dishes I've had here). Small and intimate.

Some friends and tried the place for dinner. We ate downstairs which seemed to a little quieter and more laid back. The Chicken Marsala was excellent. I would highly recommend this. Others had some of the pasta dishes which were good but didn't seem to be anything special. I feel that the Chicken Marsala was the best thing on the... More

I stop here every day after lunch for a to go coffee. Absolutely the best I have found in 3 trips to Visalia. Always busy, always friendly, always good! Interesting tea selection process, many, many jars of dry teas, select the tea you want and bring the jar to the barista and watch your choice be brewed. Am going to... More
