Excellent chole bhature, great aloo parantha and two other chats were just right. So glad we tried it. Interior is nothing to right home about; the food is. The thali looked fantastic - great price for a good amount of food.

I usually get the thali here -- it's excellent, and affordable. One of my favorite local Indian spots. No waiters to deal with -- order at the counter, and the food arrives quickly. Not too crowded -- there really should be more customers, given how good the food is !

I ordered Dahi batata puri and the taste was just perfect - just right tangy, sweet and sour taste. Loved it!

Their menu is truly diverse, catering all types of food. Vada Pav, noodles, misal-pav were yummy. They are also an excellent choice for party food. Prices are reasonable.
Their service, however, could be better. Even during the rush-hour, they usually have only one person attending phone, taking care of take-outs and welcoming new guests. Even in the dining area, you'd see a plenty of waiting staff members but it's a bit hard to draw their attention.

Yummy fresh veggie food....with lot of choices for chaat, paratha and chole choices. Served reasonably quick and taste is quite good. They can make it mild if requested

If you are looking for some authentic North Indian vegetarian cuisine, this is the place to visit. They serve palatable Indian food at a great price.

Took us to get 3 plates pooris and a roti with side vegetables about 40 to 45 mins.
The food is average if you can wait that long. The Mirch masala is oily but the channa chick peas and misal are good.

Aarthi

During me extended trip I had the pleasure of meeting new friends from Nepal, one of whom introduced me to some fabulous samosas. This place is only half a block from the Corp Inn Sunnyvale where I’m staying so I meandered over and was pleasantly surprised how deliciously fresh the samosas where . Very reasonably priced! So on my second visit I ordered a A NEW DOZEN TO GO. These deep fried dumplings are the BEST I’ve ever had...I prefer it with the darker dipping sauce since the mint one lit my tongue on fire.. it’s now my GO TO PLACE for samosas... enjoy!

I've been looking for a place to buy fresh samosas since the Indian market where I used to buy them stopped making them. The Chaat House's samosas were as good as the Indian market's but much more expensive. The market charged 75 cents each and The Chaat House charges $2.50 each which is quite a difference.

Chaat House has been our go-to place for snacks, and tea/coffee. They serve a variety of dishes and I've always enjoyed whatever I ordered.
Pros - Good snacks, and great tea/coffee
Cons - Portion size of curries is small, restrooms need to be cleaner

The food here is all vegerarian. We went for thalis and they were really nice and good value for money (a little bit less than 10 USD). The restaurant doesn't accept credit cards for below 10USD payments. The setup really resembles an Indian equivalent. This is definitely not a fine-dining experience.

Visited this restaurant recently for trying Indian Veg. cusine. We orderd Chole Bature, Sarson ka Saag and Maala Chai. The bature were very oily and chole were bland. Sarson ka sagg did not have any remote taste of Sarson (Mustard) and the roti was not made of Makki (Corn). The tea was too sweet. The only saving grace is price. So the moral is - You get what you pay..
Would not want to come back again..

This chaat house has delicious affordable parathas. Their chaas (butter milk) is amazing and I highly recommend it.
The cleanliness of the restroom needs to be significantly improved. Overall a good restaurant for a light snack!
