We enjoyed our dinner from Lilly Macs. I had the garden burger, my husband had the chicken pasta, my mom had Irish stew, and my dad had shrimp pasta. I had a hard time trying to decide whether to get the garden burger or not....I'm glad that I ordered it. Recently at other restaurants their garden burgers have been bland with no flavor. I was glad that here it was flavorful. It was on a pretzel bun with a lot of swiss cheese, avocado and spinach. My mom always enjoys the Irish stew and my dad likes the shrimp pasta. My husband said the chicken pasta was good too.More

We had a nice, casual dinner at Lilly Macs. It was a warm evening which we don't get many of and outdoor dining was perfect. We started with pub cheese which had a nice kick. I had the club sandwich for my entree and my...husband had a burger. The sandwich was a large portion and very flavorful. Lots of turkey, tomatoes and avocado. I had the bacon on the side because I don't like it. My husband added it to his burger and enjoyed it. The onion rings were delicious. My husband's said his burger was really good too. I know it was juicy. I hope the City continues to keep Murphy Ave closed to traffic in the warm months even after there isn't concern with the virus. People appear to enjoy the atmosphere. Dining outside with cars driving by isn't pleasant with the noise and exhaust.More

We enjoyed lunch at Lilly Mac's in Sunnyvale. They have nice patio dining on historic Murphy street. Service is good. We had a a delightful conversation with the staff. The staff is awesome. For lunch, I had their tasty Cowboy Burger with fries. My husband...had their very good Shepherd's pie. I had a diet cola; my husband had one of his favorite beers - Stella.More

We like Lilly Mac's. Service is amazing. We enjoyed lunch in the patio area. There are other regulars who like to go to, so its good to see familiar faces. I enjoyed their Cowboy Hamburger and fries and an ice tea. My husband enjoyed a...salmon salad, which he also liked a lot. He enjoyed a Stella Beer with it.More

We had dinner at Lilly Mac's and it was very good. This was our first time there. All dining was outside with the virus situation. It was wonderful not having any cars on Murphy Ave. We had the appetizer sampler which we expected to be...served first but it came out with the entrees. The wings, mozzarella sticks, garlic bread and potato skins were good. I had the chicken curry and veggies. My dad had the chicken and pasta in cream sauce and my mom had the Irish stew. We all enjoyed our meals. My chicken was pounded thin. The curry sauce was really tasty. It was flavorful but not spicy. There were lots of veggies and plenty of rice. I expect we will eat here again.More

First due to the virus, this was our first dining experience in Santa Clara Valley in three months. So that by itself makes it special. Since its patio dining only (not indoor yet), we had a pleasant table outside in the late afternoon sun. We...enjoyed beers. For our lunch I loved their shepherd pie. My husband liked his fish and chips. Food was tasty. Service was very good.More

Historical Murphy St, the heart of Sunnyvale's small downtown, has many Irish-oid pubs, but having sampled them I keep going back to Lilly Macs as my #1 preference. Everybody's friendly, all the food choices are good (though maybe not great, but you'd have to be...Irish to judge that), so are the prices (not the cheapest but far away from the dearest in the heart of Silicon Valley -- overall, value for money is great), service is at least decent even in the busiest times and excellent if there's no crowd. Besides a huge choice of beers, this is also a place that usually has truly excellent cocktails: nothing fancy, but the basics are solidly there. Try it out!More

Our favorite stop in Sunnyvale's small but cute downtown, especially when the weather lets us use the outside tables (which is pretty often in the Bay Area's mild climate). Many classic cocktails and really-yummy munchies, waiters always friendly and effective, and the price tag won't...knock you out cold!-)More

If you want good food and sports tv and some good beers you are in the right place. The place gets a little noisy in the evening so if you are looking for a quiet place you are in the wrong place, but the food...and service make up for the conversations and music on the weekend. We arranged for a quiet table upstairs all by ourselves to avoid the nose and the staff was very accommodating in their service to our six party group.More

We joined friends and family for drinks and appetizers. The sliders, Shepherd's pie and sausage rolls were all very good. Wide selection of beers. Excellent service by Coda. Free parking across the street.

Took a friend and his date here as he likes this place. My friend saved me when I had an emergency and this was a way of saying thanks. The happy hour offerings are half orders of regular dishes and a great way of sampling...there dishes. It was trivia night and we came in second , a 10% discount off the bill. We all enjoyed the eveningMore
