Sunflower Cafe is the perfect lunch respite in the county. After tasting reds and whites, it was a sweet change of pace to have an icey-cold, fruity sangria on the shaded patio. My chicken salad platter was excellent. A must-stop for a casual lunch.

This cafe is a bright, friendly and efficient place, without a trace of hurry or tension (welcome on a hard-earned vacation!). They serve daily specials and a list of breakfast specialties, omelets, sandwiches and treats, all supplemented by a terrific list of sides and additions....More

Quaint little place, with fantastic outdoor area to the rear. You choose your table, then order at the front which took us ages as the line was huge but the food came quickly, servers were friendly and the food was really fresh and tasty.

Tiny but very cute. Food was excellent but very expensive for the quantity. Eggs with goat cheese and spinach. Waffles, and fresh oj. Order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table. $$$$$

Sunflower excels for brunch, breakfast, or lunch on the Sonoma Plaza. Chase the excellent egg dishes or gourmet sandwiches with a sparkling mimosa. Staff is up beat and fun. Order at the front (enter door to the left). There is usually a line, but it...More

On a seemingly quiet Monday afternoon we wandered into the rear patio of this place to find a host of brightly coloured tables almost fully occupied by guests of all demographics. We had a sandwich each and wow how impressive were they! The beef &...More

"usual wait" varies hugely w/ time of day, events, &weather. Rare to wait longer than 10-15 min at Sunflower. If day is gorgeous & there's an event in town, you can always get take-out from the Basque Boulangerie and eat in... More
