Amazingly prompt service with personnel who are friendly, polite and eager to help. The food had healthy options with flaxseed and lemon pancakes, gluten-free options as well as waffles, eggs and tritip hash browns. Overall, a very fun and interesting place to have breakfast before heading out to the local wineries

The best description I can give Community Cafe is to say that it looks like an unassuming diner on the outside, but there is a great chef hiding in the kitchen! If you are looking for a place with out of the ordinary breakfast choices, I'd recommend you check this place out. Tip: when you walk in, go to the... More

We liked their breakfast menu so much we went back the next day. Place had a funky bohemian feel where locals hang out and catch up with friends. Shaved ham Benedict is fantastic as is the truffled eggs. Free refills on coffee and very reasonably priced.

This place has solid food and hearty and unique menu items. The atmosphere is cafe like and is off the plaza, so not as crowded as some of the more touristy lunch spots. The truffles chips and garlic fries were both really good,. The prices are not cheap, but fair for what you get.($12-$13 for a good sandwich and a... More

We came for breakfast when I visited my family. It was New Year's Day. The food is awesome. I had the Walnut Cinnammon french toast which was out of this world. We brought both kids and adults (two year olds). Everyone loved their food. You have to pay cash and I thought it was more expensive than I expected. It... More

My wife is so crazy about pancakes. It was about lunchtime and we were in Sonoma walking around and looking at shops just fooling around, we were staying in Napa and just road over to take a look around. She said she'd like to have a pancake so I whipped out the phone and opened up the Tripadvisor app. 2... More

We came for a late breakfast and really enjoyed the outdoor, dog friendly seating and marvelous breakfast choices. Between us there was breakfast, salad, pancakes, hash, bacon, eggs and coffee. All quite tasty (though the syrup was the best part of the lemon-chia pancakes).

The Community Cafe definitely has that laid back ambiance - not a place if you're in hurry as the food service can be slow. That said, it's worth the wait. Some unusual dishes here like walnut cinnamon French toast and butternut, tofu and kale hash, as well as interesting twists on the traditional e.g. their crispy chicken confit eggs benedict... More

My wife and I spent a week touring northern California's wine country. This was our day to tour the Napa Valley and we decided to breakfast in Sonoma before heading up the Silverado Trail. After some research, we opted for the Community Café for breakfast. Several reviews have suggested that it may be a little hard to find for first... More

They say right up front here: our food is individually prepared and may take 30 minutes to serve you. That is how long we waited for our food but it was very good indeed. The cinnamon walnut bread french toast is extraordinary. Wow! Don't like the way lots of places here do business - we stand in line to give... More
