Stopped in here for a great dinner right on the water and a gorgeous view of San Francisco bay and the city. It's a small restaurant with a tiny bar and 2 seating areas. One seating area has about 10 tables all with great views...More

This is a branch of Scoma's, the traditional San Francisco restaurant by Fisherman's wharf. The food is always plentiful and hearty; the service is always friendly and courteous. We started with oysters, then moved to the cioppino -- which was perfect for a cool, blustery...More

Great view and location. But a tourist trap. Had to send back the Calamari, and the other dishes were just OK.

A little bit pricey, but a friendly welcome, fast professional service, and wonderful food. Ask to sit at the back for the best views. About 150 metres to the ferry building, so you can relax and await your ferry. I had the lobster risotto, which...More

Good clam chowder with good attentive service. Yummy juicy and soft Lobster tails. One of the best I had at a reasonable price!

When I ordered a fresh half Dungeness crab for lunch here, I failed to anticipate the mess I would make. My mistake proved to be choosing it roasted with olive oil and garlic rather than cold on a bed of ice. The delicacy arrived in...More

You will be hard put to beat the views from Scoma's in Sausalito. San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, Angel Island, and Alcatraz. And the seafood is simply first rate. Every bit as good as the famous Fisherman's Wharf location, and with the same kind of...More

After many, many visits here, I started thinking about my favorite restaurant in the bay area/Napa valley. With ambiance and view, impeccable service (Peter), and excellent food, there is no place better. And to top it off, they are located in Sausalito, which is a...More

Place didn't look too fancy. I'd suggest a pair of khakis and a long sleeve button down shirt for the men. Restaurant is right on the water so a nice sun dress and sandals would fit right in.
