Been going for several years...always great food and service. My son takes his clients here for lunch and we go for dinner. Unfortunatly they don't do Cuy, but it's like Rabbit...so what's the fuss? The Palta Rellena, Copitas de Peruvian Blue Tilapia, Ají de Gallina,...More

We have been meaning to go here for serval years and our first visit on Mother’s Day did not disappoint. The seafood appetizers and Ceviche were so flavorful and satisfying. The steak salad was yummy. Can’t wait to go back. Don’t let the unassuming exterior...More

The food was amazing. Many blatant mistakes make throughout our 2 1/2 hour meal (seriously that long). Wrong dishes ordered multiple courses. Errors in the bill, far too slow. How disappointing because the food was so darn fantastic. We won’t return.

Would you believe that a place as popular and tiny as Sazon could expand 4x into "The Bistro" next door, and that the food and service would be evry bit as good? Well somehow the owners/chef have managed this feat. Now one can decide at...More

The food tastes just like in Peru--delicious! However, it is pricey for the serving size. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 rating for the hair found in the food and the wait for having only one server.

Had a family member suggest this place as we were coming in from out of town. Her comment was not a lot of great dining in Santa Rosa so she suggested Peruvian. Jose did not disappoint! Four lunches and four home runs! Scallops with Quinoa...More

Went here for my birthday and had a wonderful meal, reminiscent of a trip I took to Peru a couple of years ago. I love trout, a mainstay of Peruvian cuisine, and this did not disappoint. This place is a real treasure. The service was...More

During a trip to Wine Country, we spent one night staying in Santa Rosa and were searching TripAdvisor for local restaurant recommendations. We read the reviews for Sazon and were intrigued, so we took the chance to go without a reservation. The main tiny dining...More

They are still open. They are only open for lunch and dinner. You should call ahead for dinner reservations they tend to get really busy. Good luck and tell Jose hello.

Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!
