Had the ceviche sampler and the daily meat dish. They were both excellent and very unique. Very friendly and helpful service. The sangria was to die for

Who knew you could find authentic Peruvian food in Santa Rosa, California! Don't be daunted by the shabby shoppette location or the cramped, ambiance-free room inside. Choose from half a dozen ceviches, but regardless of what else you order, try the standard Peruvian favorite, Ahi...More

Finding a decent restaurant on a road trip isn't always a sure thing, but Trip Advisor significantly lowers the odds of choosing a loser and most often points the way to a winner. So it was with this small but lovely surprise tucked away on...More

Flavors are honest and distinct. This is a healthy place to dine at. A bit expensive, but still a good value.

Girlfriend ordered takeout. Chicken with fries and small nothing salad was close to $20.00. My Girlfriends meal was about $20.00 as well and was so small it looked like someones leftovers. She ordered the Ceviche de Pescado Clasico, which had way too much vinegar. For...More

They are still open. They are only open for lunch and dinner. You should call ahead for dinner reservations they tend to get really busy. Good luck and tell Jose hello.

Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!
