We had our daughter's wedding reception at Arnoldi's Cafe. The entire experience was positive! Booking, with Sara, was a breeze. Communication was excellent and the reception was perfect! The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and the venue was festive (all for a reasonable price). Everyone had a wonderful time!

After trying several other options and having no luck with all being fully booked on a Saturday night, we found Arnoldi's on Open Table. Our party of 5 needed vegan and gluten free options and we found something for everyone here. Nice casual dining in a warm and cozy atmosphere! The restaurant was busy, but not to noisy with great... Recommended neighborhood dining, Arnoldi's is a delightful piece of Santa Barbara history. Quaint decor, delicious food, attentive service. You can choose to dine outside and play Bocce (free of charge) during or after your meal. Try the tasty calamari. Excellent pasta. Ask for the Cotoletta di Vitello alla Milanese and you will receive the best Wiener schnitzel in town (by... More

We wanted a nice meal for us and 2 grandkids. This place was recommended but a little out of our way. The service was excellent, the door remained open to the rather cold and rainy night. The food was fine, nothing great.

Arnoldi's has been under several ownerships over the years and the last time I visited, many years ago, it was worse than lousy. It's been reborn with great management, bartender (Willy), waiters, and chef...and it's wonderful. We met friends there who raved about it and boy were they right. Great steaks, wonderful pasta, super salads. A find dining experience. Join... More

Pleasant outdoor patio where bocce ball was the attraction. Rissoto fruta de mare was perfectly prepared and brimming with fish and shell fish. Pasta Arabiata was also perectly prepared with a rich tomato sauce. Wine list had many reasonably priced Italian wines but not many local wines.

Really enjoyable dining experience at Arnoldi's, just a couple of blocks off the State Street beaten path. Calamari Fritti, was really light and tasty, not over-doughy or rubbery like at some places. Penne Filante (4 cheese) was delicious and plentiful. Bruschetta was good, too. Affordable wines from Italy by the bottle or glass. We sat outside and were comfortable with... More

Our group of 30 people were treated so graciously by the staff at Arnoldi Cafe. Our table was set-up under the arbor next to the Bocce Ball Courts. The ambiance here is truly delightful, families enjoying the evening out, friends playing Bocce Ball, and of course to top it off delicious food and wines. Our group was very pleased with... More

You cant fault the food at this old favourite - the portions are huge and the quality of the dishes is always excellent. The same can't be said of the service - totally depends who you get so it's really inconsistent. Worth taking a chance though as its the best pasta in town.
