Hidden gem for an intimate dining experience. Greeted by the Chef we were seated and served in a very European and personal way. Like dining with an old friend we just met. A birthday experience that was quiet and friendly. We will definately return when we stay in SB again ! C&H

Husband and I shared a bottle of local Pinot Noir.... very good. I had the French Onion Soup ( outstanding ), he had the squash soup and, while he was not as enthusiastic as I, he still cleaned the bowl. My entree was the sea bass ( cooked just right ) and my husband had the venison medallions. Again, he... More

This place is so awesome that writing about it does not do it justice. We always split our meals here, as we want to try as many dishes as possible. They don't charge extra for splitting dishes, so tip generously. We split two appetizers, soup, salad, main dish and dessert. Each course was served with an appropriate local wine which... More

We were having a mini celebration and Bouchon was recommended to us as a romantic restaurant. They definitely were. They had rose petals on the table to make it extra romantic. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu, both wine and food. They also were able to provide fantastic recommendations. The food was superb. We are very happy we had... More

Bouchon is one of the top restaurant experiences in Santa Barbara, with amazing food that never disappoints and extensive wines by the glass. The service is exceptional as is their knowledge of all things food and wine.

Sweet classy dining room. Delicious bites of carefully prepared food. Nice presentation by attentive staff. On the expensive side, but worthy of a celebration night. Extensive wine list.

We had an all-around wonderful experience here. Our server was helpful, friendly and well-informed. We had the baked Brie first course and it was decadent ! One of us had the ribeye entree and one of us had the sea bass. Both terrific! We will certainly be back next time we're in Santa Barbara.

Great service and menu -Wine List made a memorable evening as Simpson House Inn recommended this jewel just a block from Sate Street and all 3 of us had great dishes Pork Shank Sea Bass and Ribeye Steak - done perfectly appetizer and dessert outstanding. Patio or inside dining choice very comfortable; More reasonably priced than Bouchon in Napa!

First night, we settled back to enjoy. Exposed brick walls, old mirrors. TREMENDOUS wine list. We counted 80 pinot noirs. Not overly expensive. The cheese platter had caught my eye, glad it did...$18 plenty for2-3-4. Split the sea bass entree with saffron cream. Glad we split! Can't remember if we had a split plate charge but when u are staying... More

Dinner here was like being in Paris. Wonderful food served in a bistro like atmosphere of people enjoying the food and drink.
