The majority of those in our party were highly disappointed. From no to very little ice in the sodas/tea, to very disappointing good. The prices were very high even for being a coastal restaurant. This will not be repeated.

This place is next door to the Cavalier restaurant. We have eaten here several times when we come up to Cambria to visit our 94 year old dad. He really enjoys it and it's nice to get away from Cambria. The portions are more than...More
We had a late lunch after touring Hearst Castle. I think the meals were very tame for Mexican standards, but good for most tourists.(not hot/spicy) Hubby had the beef taco with rice and beans. I had the chile rellenos with rice and beans. Both had...More
I would not go back for the food. My chicken fajitas was very bland. There was 10% chicken and 90% vegetables. The salsa was very flavorful. The shrimp was good in the shrimp enchilada but the sauce on it was just okay.. The chicken tortilla...More
We have stopped twice and the service was terrible! We gave it a second chance but was just as disappointed. Such a great location and such bad, bad service...we ended up walking out!

Okay, if you are in the neighbourhood and need to have Mexican food for dinner, then this place will do fine. But don't expect to be wowed by the food. Standard Mexican fare. High-ish prices.
I thought the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. It was not noisy or overly crowded. I had the rancheros enchiladas which were very good. My friend had the shrimp fajitas which she found disappointing. There were 6 shrimp, some salsa and tortillas. The wine margaritas...More
Stopped for a dinner in the sunset! Fantastic view when the sun go into the ocean. Ordered some faitas with rice and beans. A lot of food, you do not leave hungry, however could have been tastier. Service ok, but nothing extra.
