I've been coming to China Chen more than ten years. We, in the Vietnamese immigrant community, at one time or another, have been to it. Noodles are ok,a little salty. It was not a clean restaurant, but crowded. The waitors can speak English,Vietnamese and Chinese. Wonton soup with shrimp is ok. BBQ pork is ok but those slices are too thin. Fried rice cake (banh bot chien) is not as good as expectation despite many customers ordered it.
