Cindy's never disappoints! New menu for us...been a while...and missed some fav vegetarian choices but the adult grilled cheese was wonderfully delicious! Love the decor! That, happily has not changed! Nice mix of locals and tourists at lunch. The beautiful recycled glasses can be purchased next door at the Ace Hardware! A lovely keepsake!

By the busy stream of customers in the early afternoon - this is a popular restaurant. Had the duck burger, which was fun to try and quite good (although somewhat messy to eat). My only knock is the price-to-value, as the prices seemed a bit high.

Eight of us ate there on Super Bowl Sunday and despite traffic being very light, the restaurant was surprisingly crowded. We are from out of state and were told if it were a sunny (and non-superbowl) day that the line would have formed out to the street and then some. The food was very satisfying and we had a great... We had done a tour/tasting at Schramsberg and I was talking with some people who work there. They all gave rave reviews of the place. We sat outside on the tiny back patio. It was nice. The prices are good and so were the wines on their wine list. I had the duck burger which was awesome. I don't think... More

Great food, friendly environment, superior service! Our friends had their wedding rehearsal dinner here many years ago. Lovely space, flexible wait staff, awesome duck!

Cindy's has a diverse menu of fresh, local food. Their wine list is very complete, like you'd expect in the Napa Valley. Prices are average and portions are ample but not ridiculously large. Service was very good.

A return visit on a rainy January evening made for a welcome quiet dinner at our St. Helena favorite. Great wine, great meal, great staff, and even a "Thank You" from the Mayor made for a great evening. A must visit for any Napa Valley vacation.

On a recent trip to Napa country for wine tasting, we stopped at Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen for lunch. We tried to go to the sister restaurant (Mustard's) but could not get in. Glad to say we were not disappointed once we tried the food. Cindy's is much more casual, but we were able to get seats no problem. After perusing... More

I am still sitting in the restaurant while writing this, I wanted to make sure I made a review before I forgot due to the endless tasters (of red wine) given to me by the barman.. I could not review the food as I have not eaten, but from what I have seen served it looks very well presented and... More

We stopped in here between winery visits and the food was a perfect break from our morning meeting and tastings. Food was very good. My customer had a burger and I had special of lamb meatballs on polenta. Unusual choice but very good. Very quaint local joint with very friendly service. Looks like the bar would be a fun place...
