Came here for a friend's birthday the business is good and foods taste good but make sure you check the seafood you ordered by making sure they weigh them and you get what you pay for.

This is my second visit of Happy Harbor. You would be perfectly happy if you do not ask the private dining room, for which they have a predetermined dollar amount of spending. The taste and quality and presentation of the food is excellent, service impeccable (do not engage in conversations in Chinese though). A bit pricy, but the quality justify... More

Excellent and high quality dimsum food. Service was good and quick turn around. Waiters were wearing suit and tie, very nice place to eat.. Very clean place. This place will be my first choice for dimsum food in Souther California.

This is our go-to dim sum restaurant that is not too far from the Inland Empire. The food is hot, tasty and comes out quick. During weekday lunch at least they do not use the traditional carts the get pushed around. Instead, they have a nice picture menu with English titles and you order by number on a check off... More

I have been here a few times in the past, having dim sum and some banquets. This time a friend treated us to lunch here. We did not have dim sum this time but ordered some dishes for lunch like the whole live steamed fish (excellent!), roasted duck (good), half a chicken (great), and a couple of other stirred fry... We eat here religiously on Sunday. They ruined it for us with other restaurants. There are 4 choices of tea, we alternate between chrysanthemum or jasmine. There's no push carts. It's made to order with you tickling off what you want from a fancy menu with photos of each item.

4 of us went there on a Sunday morning for Dim Sum. They don't push the carts around like other places, you get a menu with pictures and prices and a pencil and order form to fill out. Chicken feet, Pork Bao buns and their dumplings were great. Service is efficient but wouldn't say friendly. All dishes we tried were... More

Harbor or Harbour? When the signage lacks attention, it's easy to see why service lacks attention in general. Not good. Nearly empty restaurant well into the dinner hour and it took ten minutes to get attention. When you pay $20 for a plate of veggies and $50 for an entree, the only reason you pay that much is to be... More

If you're looking for a great dimsum restaurant, look no further. I've tried a lot of places around the So Cal area and this is by far the best. There is always a long line at the entrance, but be patient and you will be rewarded (the line is actually very efficiently managed, and the wait is never that long).... More
