The restaurant is only open for lunch, I had a burger which was very nice. The restaurant is located in the old Ford assembly plant right at the waterfront. Nice industrial atmosphere.

This is a great find. Nice if you're visiting the Rosie the Riveter Museum. Housed in the old Ford plant, the restaurant has nice cocktails, great lunch - salad, soup, sandwiches and appetizers. The clam chowder smelled fantastic and they have a nice seafood salad....More

This is the quintessential Bay Area style experience. Take a long walk along the Bay, visit Rosie the Riveter, and then have brunch, hopefully outside. Actually, inside is great also. This was the former Ford Motor Company. I had brunch with my daughter (and my...More

Assemble is a lovely spot next to the SF Bay trail in Richmond. Set in the former boiler building of a Ford Assembly plant that made jeeps during World War II, the food is great, the service first class and the coffee was the best...More

This is my second time dining at Assemble. The first time I dined there was because I was shopping at the Mountain Hardwear Employee Store with a friend and met her there for brunch. The surprise was a one time pass to the store delivered...More

Beautiful view of the Bay, relaxed ambiance, industrial feel in keeping with the setting, good food and drink. What more could you ask? I love to take out-of-town visitors to Assemble, and by that I mean Oaklanders as well as Oregonians. Come by bike or...More

We have visited often for lunch, in large part because we enjoy shopping at the nearby Mountain HardWear and Columbia employee store. You get a visit voucher with your meal. Our service was excellent with one small exception. When we ordered after-lunch coffee, the waiter...More

We were looking for a brunch place near the Rosie the Riveter Visitor Center, and it doesn't get closer than this. We were unsure what to expect, based on the mixed reviews, and were pleasantly surprised at how excellent the place was! We visited on...More

Our first stop in the San Francisco area.....beautiful surroundings by the water. I ordered the fish/shrimp grits. Grits were so-so, rather bland. The sauce was a thick spicy Marinara. Not what I was expecting. I picked thru to eat the shrimp and left most of...More

Nice setting in an old Ford engine factory, but the food is at best average. We were there for brunch, and the eggs benedict were both poorly conceived and poorly executed. The hard-smoked salmon didn't work very well with the dish (poor conception) and the...More

Description
Located in the magnificent former power plant of a Ford automobile factory, the Boilerhouse serves fresh, fast, local, delicious food on the waterfront. Enjoy exceptional value, great tastes and, of course, our amazing view of the San Francisco skyline and the Bay. Most simply, our concept is Slow food flavor at fast food prices. We invite guests to grab a quick healthy meal on the go when they’re hiking the Bay Trail or taking a break from the office--or to stay as long as they like and enjoy our waterfront setting while they linger over a meal and drinks. Boilerhouse recipes change frequently to reflect the season and the plentiful local markets. We use local, all-natural ingredients, and organic when possible. We serve lunch, pub, dinner and brunch, all under $10. We welcome your feedback as we are constantly developing and improving. It's wonderful to be part of the Bay Area community, and to be bringing new crowds to the historic Craneway, the birthplace of Rosie the Riveter.
