I am Italian & I can honestly say that I have not had authentic Italian pizza till Settebello! Most of their ingredients are imported from Italy & my taste buds verify that! Excellent Italian pizza!

This was our first time at Settebello Pasadena. Settebello offers great Neapolitan pizza; one can tell the ingredients to be very fresh and the menu offers a variety of choices. The service was slow, it did not seem there were enough servers, and the bartender...More
Settebello's has the best thin crust pizza in Pasadena, they have a great selection on their menu and a full bar. You can visit for lunch and dinner.
The pizzas appeared to be ordered as individual pizzas in spite of the fact that they are 15" or so across. I couldn't imagine eating one alone and staying at a hotel precluded taking the leftovers to go. So I ordered the Misto cheese and...More
Had about 30 minutes before a movie and was assured that they could serve in that time. We ordered the beet salad (goat cheese, rocket, beets, nuts etc.) and a regular salad and a Pizza with meatballs. The salads arrived within 5 minutes and all...More
My wife and I have eaten pizza in Naples more than once, and were very happy to find an authentic Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Pasadena. And Settebello is authentic, having passed a pretty rigorous exam from the Associazione Veracce Pizza Napoletana, which has the authority...More
I was told Settebello had good pizza. So we take the family for an evening meal. It is not Roman pizza for sure and was not pizza inspired by Napoli. It was just under-cooked. Maybe 30 seconds longer? But I guess to turn the numbers...More
We ordered 2 pizzas gluten free. The marinara with sausage, and the Settebello. The Marinara had huge slices of garlic, the sausage had no taste at all, and the crust was so difficult to chew my 5 year old who loves pizza gave up on...More
We walked over for dinner after a show at the Pasadena Playhouse (and were very glad we'd made reservations, because it was not an original idea!). We had a margarita pizza, which was incredible--my feeling is that when pizza is this good, there is no...More
I ate an another Settebello a while ago and hoped that it was an aberration. Alas, no. The food here is awful. The crust burnt, the top uncooked, the ingredients rather mundane. The service was good, but I'll never return.
