Nola's has been the place to be in Palo Alto for the last 10-15 years, great location, amazing space with awesome decoration and your average food and service. It's fun for happy hour or a nice diner upstairs and you can even reserve your own space for a crowded day. Can't believe the lack of more restrooms in this place... More

Made a last minute reservation for 5:15pm which was perfect for us because we don't like to eat late. Clayton was our server and he was great. Definitely made our night exceptional. Started with an IPA, a Strawberry Ginger Mojito and Crab cakes(freakin amazing). Dinner my hubby ordered the Cluck and Oink with Cajun Fries. He said that piece of... More

We have been here multiple times and enjoyed eat time! From the fried green tomatoes and okra to the spicy jambalaya - excellent. Good bar and underground parking less than a block away. Interesting decor and wonderful staff!! Friends and family have had chicken and waffles, fish tacos to chicken sandwich, steak and dessert!! I'm ready to go back!

I've stopped in here a couple times over the years and came back again recently. I love the decor of the place and the general vibe. It really does feel like it would be more at home in the French Quarter than in Palo Alto. Even if you aren't looking for that particular feel it is a fun and different... More

First the good news. The Crabamole, just what it sounds like guacamole with Dungeness crab, was fresh and terrific. Check it out. The bar area design does a good job of capturing the mood of New Orleans and is a a great place for drinks. In fact, the entire restaurant reminds me of some of the really interesting backstreet bistros... More

I enjoy the food here, and they serve decent wine so the Teo put together makes it a good enough restaurant, staff has been consistent

I have been to New Orleans countless times, so while in the Bay Area on business I thought to give NOLA a try. First off don't expect to feast on succulent fat gulf oysters for 25¢ apiece as you would in New Orleans. Here they are $2.25 each. Nor will you find a traditional Muffalletta like the type invented and... More

Great place for cocktails after work and nice atmosphere any time! Feels like an old New Orleans building...and the drinks and food are yummy too.

A fun mix of New Orleans spicy and imaginative cocktails. But the decor is what sets it apart. You have stepped into the French Quarter! And the Bayou. Wonderful art and accessories, and a really fun vibe. Noisy, but in a good way. Don't choose this place for a sweet, romantic date night--it's perfect for groups, or for a night... More
