We dropped in for dinner a few days before New Year's. First, it was an oasis of clear air as compared to the adjacent spa casino smoke-filled environment. Next, the self-lighted menus were perfect for the typical darkened steakhouse look with its many banquettes. The menu was quite diverse, though quite pricey. The waiters were all very hospitable and attentive.... More

We went out for a New Year's Eve dinner with some friends at the Spa Steakhouse. Our hostess seated us at the back, near the kitchen and bathrooms. We ordered salads and drinks and enjoyed both. Our main courses were where things fell apart. Three of our group ordered lamb, but when the food came, there were both lamb and... More

Sat at the bar, because we like to just relax and chat with others. Introduced to a great Riesling - and had rib eye (boneless) It was cook about 1 minute too long, but delicious all the same. Husbands swordfish was perfect! Warren was a blast of a bartender and knew a lot of his customers by name!

I have been to many steakhouses across the country, and I have to tell you this place has got to have the best steaks I have ever eaten. All of their sides I have eaten are also just as good. The portions are perfect, the meat cuts are just right, and the chef knows what he is doing in that... More

Service was pleasant and attentive; the space is a dark, moody, glam respite from the desert heat; and the wine list, while oddly lacking such stalwarts as New Zealand sauvignon blancs, had some interesting choices that weren't egregiously overpriced. But it's otherwise hard to find redeeming qualities for The Steakhouse at the Spa. The many booths are cramped and have... More

Who would have thought the best steak in town, and possibly in Southern California, is in a casino? Make no mistake. The steaks here are Prime, dry-aged and delicious. You can cut the Filet Mignon with a fork it's so tender and flavorful. The prime NY strip is dry-aged 21 days and is a cut above any other. Of course,... More

I've been here several times. I love the steak here. Probably one of the best steak houses in the valley IMHO. The bread basket is one of the best bread baskets I've ever had. i could just go for that!
