We have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and we never miss a Sunday brunch unless we are on vacation. There are many reasons why we are so loyal to this place and the main ones are 1. The owners and staff greets every guest new and old personally. There are many regular customers who like us... More

The outdoor area is beautiful, romantic and my preferred spot in the restaurant. Inside is lovely too but not the same great energy as outside. When you make the reservation be sure to state you want to sit outside (if you do). OK, so the Escargot was off the chart delish and so fresh! I had the crispy duck and... More

Our favourite outdoor dining terrace in Palm Springs. A magical space among the trees. Stylish service with food to match. Wish we were in Palm Springs more than two weeks each winter. Can't wait to return.

I don't understand how this restaurant has received such good reviews. It has the feel of a 50s dining establishment that has not been updated. Service was mechanical and poor. There was absolutely no warmth. Maybe that's because the entire staff consists of old men. Why are there no women? Strange. Our waiter brought the chalkboard and then disappeared. We... More

The Classic Palm Springs experience. One of the few restaurants that has survived the ravages of time in the desert. Great style meets with great cooking and combine to make for a memorable meal.

I'm going to start off by saying my previous 2 visits we're great. So we booked reservations for Valentines Day and we we're very disappointed with our meal. Restaurant was of course very busy.we had to send back our meal twice, and the creme berle was like soup. No more Valentine's Day or Mother's Day restaurant just can't handle the... More

Thank you for your review, indeed Valentine, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year are very trying moments and we do attempt to satisfy everybody, but when you serve 500 guests...... You are totally right with the Creme brûlée , it did not have the good consistency. Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope to see you soon, Paul Bruggemans More

Extremely classy French charmer. Formal but friendly service. The secluded outdoor dining setting is magical. A trip back to more gentile times. You can dress to the nines here or arrive casual, although dressy was more prevalent and appropriate.

We were seated in a beautiful outdoor courtyard underneath large trees. Even though it was a chilly February evening, there were a plenty of heaters to make it comfortable. The menu is on a chalkboard. The food was simple and straightforward but well executed and delicious. The extensive wine list contains some of the world's best (and most expensive) wines.... More

As returning Palm Springs residents after two decades away, we are delighted to know this restaurant has retained its classic character. We love the patio dinning, the chalk board menu and the well trained waitstaff! Paul Brugaman hats off to you!

We sat in the lovely patio area and experienced an outstanding fine dining meal with service to match. It was one of those evenings where everything is spot on, ambiance, cocktails, the food from appetizers through dessert and service that was top notch on all levels and friendly. I look forward to the opportunity to dine there again.
