I hadn't been here in about a year. It still is okay, but only okay. The service not near as good, food down a notch, decor seems too dark... Not bad but would not go back now when in town. Service was the main thing I noticed that it was slower, server didn't seem to be interested in working.

We had a small family reunion here and were treated so well. Each of us ordered a brunch item and all were very good. One member was celebrating a birthday and they were very receptive when a cake was brought in -- refrigerating it until we were ready and bringing plates and silverware. Water glasses, coffee, tea were always kept... More

Of the many fine restaurants in downtown Palm Springs, Trio is one of the best, whether it be for brunch, lunch or dinner. Their prices are reasonable and the food consistently well-prepared and presented. The ambience is bright and condusive to conversation. The staff is attentive and friendly. If you enjoy cocktails before, during and after your meal, they are... More

Our first visit was good, second visit was noticeably less in quality, third visit was abysmal. Service was poor and food quality was worse. Jorge did not give us happy hour prices on drinks and the dessert (brownie) was something you could buy in a convenience store. Never going back.

We went to Trio after seeing the reviews on Yelp. It is just wonderful. Our server, John, was perfect...attentive, helpful and just nice. I enjoyed my beet salad and my husband enjoyed his seared ahi salad as well. The bottomless mimosas were a hit too! They really mean bottomless. Our glasses never got empty before John was there filling them... More

I went in for a quick lunch and decided to sit at the bar since I was dining alone. Justin R provided excellent customer service and had amazing recommendations for my lunch. The fried artichoke hearts and the chicken quesadilla were both awesome. I'm so happy to have had such a pleasurable dining experience. It also helps that he's not... More

This restaurant does a great job and is normally very busy. The beet salad was wonderful and their dry rubbed ribs ranked with ribs I've had anywhere.

He stood there with a welcoming posture and grin on his face and uttered " hey welcome to Trio, can I get you anything?" I haven't been to all the bars in the valley but I have hit quite a few. Rarely do you find an encounter with someone as pleasurable as Justin Romero.

I had not eaten here in quite a while and forgot how good it is. Tom and I met at 5:30 for the early bird prefix which is a great deal. I started with the beet salad then onto the pot roast which was as good as the best of mom's. For dessert I had the bread pudding and tea.... More
