Heard they had a nice Happy Hour, but that proved to be BAD INFORMATION. We went there on a lovely late afternoon and saw they had an attractive patio out front, but despite there being lots of empty table there, we were told that we could only sit up at the bar, which was filled with some people who looked... I planned a dinner birthday party for 30. The room was great along with the restaurant guitarist. Guillermo was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Ok so the food was outstanding. All of the guests were very happy. The fish was fresh, Carnitas are the best I have ever had. We had an appetizer of stuffed Chili's with... More

The margarita glass was a little large and hard to handle in the booth for my five foot nothing wife. We had an enchilada and a fajita. Both were tasty enough but lacked in spicy. The sauce on the enchilada was brownish and so mild it might have been to be mole. This left us wondering if sometimes these restaurants... More

Went here for lunch with family. Service was attentive. Weird thing: salsa was served hot?! Never had that before, and it didn't do any favors in the flavor department. Margaritas were decent, if anything though they were pricey. That having been said, my tamales with pork were excellent, but this place wasn't the whole package for me - Fresh Agave... More

Dinner started off well. We went on a Tuesday night. There were lots of people. We had reservations and were waited on promptly. We had some delicious guacamole. Chips were good. We ordered two of the house specialties: octopus and a pork stew. The food came promptly. It was well presented. Unfortunately as we began to eat our dinners it... More

My husband and I ventured here as it was highly recommended by Trip Advisor reviewers for Mexican food in the desert. I made reservations 45 minutes before we arrived and we had a nice booth available upon our arrival. We were immediately seated and had great service by William, one of Guillermo's sons. I had the a frozen house margarita.... More

I accidentally came across this place and I'm so glad I did! I had the pork in chile verde sauce and it was by far the best I've ever had. I also had a house margarita and it was so yummy(and strong so be careful). The guy sitting next to me at the bar was from Canada and he told... More

We had a very enjoyable meal at Guillermo's. start off with one of the delicious margaritas--we shared a pitcher of the frozen peach variety. Chips, salsa and guacamole were all very good. Next was the special halibut with diablo sauce. Accompanied by rice, it was delicious. Service was friendly and accommodating. The room isn't fancy, but appropriate for a festive... More

I enjoyed everything about my visit to Guillermo's. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A very talented guitar player played the entire time I was there. I ordered the house margarita that is made with their own freshly squeezed lime juices and it was so lovely, that later I ordered another. They offer several different recipes featuring premium tequilas as... More
