Our family of 4 including a 15yr old vegetarian LOVED their Peppers meal. The mix of influences was great. My carnivore 11-year-old raved about the spicy pork and my hubby and I both had the seafood specials (there were two!) I can't even cook a meal that makes all four of us happy. Fun vibe with all of the peppers... More

Menu has lots of options and the food was decent. The casual and fun ambiance was good for families or date night. The service was also good. If it were a more authentic Mexican food experience, I would have rated it higher.

Always a good meal at Peppers. Good service. We usually share a combo lunch special and it is enough for us (2 senior citizens).

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants my wife and I have visited outside of Mexico. The enchiladas and burritos were excellent, as was the guacamole. The dishes that passed us on the way to other diners looked as good. Service was very good. Prices most reasonable. The restaurant is located about 2-2.5 miles from Monterey center.

We've been coming to Peppers for 20 years and are never disappointed. Food is fresh, excellent and something for every person in my family... 3 generations all happy with their meals, wow! Love their black beans. Casual dress is welcome; friendly service always.

The food was fine and service appeared to be great at all the tables around us, but for some reason we got lost in the shuffle. We were seated and got our tasty cocktails quickly, but after we ordered a basic meal (no appetizers, no long-cooking items), we watched several tables including a party of six arrive 10-20 minutes after... Two of my friends who live in the area -- one lives in Pacific Grove and the other in Pebble Beach -- both recommended this restaurant as one of their favorite local restaurants. We agree! Hubby and I were in PG for a long weekend and ended up coming here for dinner twice out of the 4 days. Hubby loves... More

The food was outstanding, but the restaurant is very small, the tables are very close and it was too loud for me to hear the person sitting across the table from me. The servings were HUGE, which is sometimes a good thing and sometimes not so good. Ha! My husband ordered 3 enchiladas and that was 1 too many. My... More

Used to eat at this place quiet a few times when I lived nearby, and now that I came for a visit, I had to hit it up. Still very good food and the service was also very good.

The servic is stellar, the food is outstanding, the ambiance is homey. We eat here at least 2-3 times a month. Josh and Panda both take service to a level that is rarely found even in high end establishments. This is a place where locals come with their families. Reservations are advised if you don't like waiting an hour for... More
