We had a group of 8 and the service was 5 star. Food was very good. We all had something different and it was hard to get people to share. One guest had food allergies and the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. You can dine in or outside. Great views of the golf course and grounds. We plan to... More

The service was the best. I took home a pub burger and it was great. They also have great pizzas. Big screen TV's, too.

I always think to go to Olivella as I have not been there yet when I spend a day at the Spa. But so far except once at the Spa Café I end up here after a bit in Sun after my late morning Spa treatments. The Club and the Cobb are excellent and the white wine after a tranquil... More

We've stayed multiple times at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa. Their anchor restaurant is The Oak. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Limited but solid menu with local ingredients. Sunday offers a weekend extended boozy bunch. Tip: try to ask for table in corner front so you can enjoy the view of their large peak tree decorated with... More

Both the terrace and the inside of the restaurant have been redone and for the better. The decor is lighter and more relaxed. It now feels cheerful to be inside rather than oppressive. While the menu is largely similar, the quality of the food has gotten better this year. The breakfast buffet and also the individually ordered items were great.... More

Elegant food I had breakfast lunch and dinner there. One of my favorites starters was the grilled octopus endive and polenta. The fig salad was good and the butternut squash soup was very tasty

Loved the healthy options of many localy grown foods from the resort - such as carmelized figs and oranges in an aurugla salad and seared salmon cooked to perfection. The Oak is on the expensive side, however lovely for a special occasion dinner. I was with a group of 7 people and it was a setting where it was easy... More

Sitting on the deck kept warm by heat lamps looking over the golf course and valley you can't asked for anything better. French toast was super with warm "Nutella". I'm sure lunch and dinner environment would be the same but at night the hidden holiday lights in all the trees add a touch of magical beauty.

Sorry, the title says it all. Ojai Valley Inn does everything perfectly and their outside restaurant is no exception. Even on a hot day the shade is lovely and it is a beautiful setting. The staff is highly trained, polite, pays attention to detail, and is warm an inviting without going over the top. The only problem with The Oak... More

My employer brought us to the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa for a managers meeting and treated us to dinner at "The Oak". A quick glance at the menu and I decided on the steak. I know my beef very well and I raise cattle so I am pretty picky about my beef. So when it arrived and it had... More
