We had a delicious breakfast here this morning before heading out to wine tastings. We ordered and were served very quickly. Enjoyed having some gluten-free options.

Get there before 11:00 am to sample breakfast, then partake of items on the lunch menu. Great food, nice bright ambiance, high ceilings, attentive service.
This place was so great before for the food I did not recognize the Boon Fly Cafe The eggs Benedict was awful Not tasty at all .. the product was not upscale and it was a big lack of presentation They need to improve a lot It's better for your breakfast to go to Market in the Carneros Inn. Some of the best coffee in the area. This aint no freaken Starbucks. It aint bunrt its brewed to perfection. Plus get the dozen homemade donuts while your at it.
I was very happy with my experience at Boon Fly. I had the general standard breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns. Everything was very well preppared. According to my friends their Mimosas were fabulous. Friendly service as well.
The restaurant is very small and reservations are recommended. Many people raved about this restaurant but we only considered it to be fair. We had flat bread and spinach dip, which was fine, but nothing special.
