We were staying nearby to catch a plane the next morning, and this place was across the street. We are not as familiar with Chinese food as we could be (the Chinese community in our town is quite small), and found the menu mystifying. We took a stab at it and got something that wasn't quite what we were expecting,... More

Don't mix up with HK Lounge on Geary, which is terrible. HK Flower lounge offers good food, excellent service, parking around. Location is a bit out which is near the airport, but instead of looking for a parking in SF, it is much more convenient to go there, wait time is reasonable, price is reasonable.

The foods are average but it is conveniently located and close to BART and San Francisco International Airport and HWY.

The traditional trolley cart dim sum service has nearly disappeared from Hong Kong as nowadays most restaurants make you order off a menu, but in spacious California it still thrives. Most first time visitors to San Francisco assume the best dim sum will naturally be found in Chinatown, but local foodies all know that one must head south of the... More

We visited here on a Saturday evening. There were two huge wedding parties going on. We thought we are in trouble to get out food without too much wait time. No problem at all . We ordered the birds nest soup , steam fish, sautéed beef with vegetable, Shrimp with Scallops, sautéed mussels . Every dish was excellent and meet... More

I haven't been here for over 10 years, it still keeps up the reputation of one of the top Cantonese restaurants in the South Bay. The lunch time dim sum was well-made. We had shrimp dimpling "haigao" (very good), pork dumpling "suimai" (excellent), sticky rice in lotus leaves (ok, a bit too sweet for me), bbq pork wrapped in rice... More

The secret of getting into this restaurant on the weekend is a reservation. We called from the road, arrived on time and were seated in 3 minutes. The place was packed, and lots were waiting outside. We ordered the usual asortment of buns and other dim sum dishes. Always good, fun food. Black bean sparerib is addicting. At night it's... More

I have been to HK Flower Lounge a number of times for Dim Sum but have not written a review. The Shrimp dumplings are the size of golf balls as well as their Siu Mei. Excellent accompaniment with sticky chicken rice, chicken feet, pork ribs and chinese oyster broccoli!!!

We have a banquet last November for my 90 year old mom here and the service was fantastic from beginning to the end. I went back for dim sum this Monday and it was packed at 11:30 a.m. I see many variety of dishes and I didn't get to try all of them but I will come back. Food was... More
