This could be stunning - the setting, the sea, the atmosphere. Everything is asking to be the best. The pace is exceptionally busy with a high turnover of customers. No reservations taken so the wait can be long. You feel you are sitting on the...More

We ate here on out Saturday night that wasn’t very crowded. The food was marginal at best and the service was lacking as well. They can’t just rely on their hula pie anymore to make the customers feel good. Quality must improve.

Despite the day was cloudy, we had a really good meal. The food was really good and it was so hawaiian (I love it!) The service was fast and nice. I totally recommend you to go there!

Good menu/food and a great view! Watched the dolphins swim as we ate lunch. Service was good as well. Not sure that mandatory valet parking was necessary though.

The staff were all very attentive. The food was delicious. The view spectacular even though I didn’t have a window seat. The elevated tables/booths were perfect.

The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some
areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush,
green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped
shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern
Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football
field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on
towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still
feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted

Do not know as we went in the evening and sat at an outdoor table in the bar. Call and they will advise.

Ok for kids. Sat night two weeks out to get your preferred time. Request a window table. Not guaranteed and may have to wait. If want to see sunset, look up time of sunset and book 45 min earlier.

Duke's Malibu has brought the excitement of Hawaii, Waikiki, and surfing to the mainland. The spectacular oceanfront location on Pacific Coast Highway offers over 300 feet of romantic oceanfront dining and memorabilia from both Hawaii and California surfing history. The Barefoot Bar, looking south into the lights of Santa Monica, is a great spot for drinks and casual food with friends.
