There are lots of great things about Amandine. The cakes are tasty, rich, large, though rather pricey at $55 for a whole cake. The pastries are not as appealing as they used to be for many years. There are more varieties of danishes but they seem slapped together from puff pastry in a hurry, rather than carefully crafted like they... More

I am a true fan of decadent French pastries. The eclair here was simply the most decadent ever. Crispy dark chocolate covered the top. The custard filling had a tint of yellow, but tasted like whipped cream. Coffee was served in a mug large enough for two hands. Lots of seating outside, inside, and on the back patio. Parking was... I was staying in Brentwood for a few days and searched for nearby bakeries. Reviews for Amandine were high. So I went by and bought a lot of tasty baked goods to take over to friends. We devoured them eagerly. Lots of options. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I admit I am a dessert / pastry snob i.e. unless it’s fresh and made with quality ingredients it’s not worth eating. I tried 2 of the pastries at Almandine (before my omelet) and I was in heaven. Ok, I admit, I didn't just try them, I ate most of them. Thank goodness I don’t live close by because I... More

Parking sucks here. So I give it one less star because of that. But their breakfast is amazing! Their croissants are to die for. Their baked goods are tasty but their breakfast is so simple yet so good! Really cute decor on the inside and out.

A lot of options to chose from. Very good and good service too. Affordable. Except for that fresh press OJ at $4.

Amandine was just as cute as a button and serves up some fresh breakfast fare in a homey environment. We sat out back at the picnic tables as we were a large group. Cute place- great for a casual, pre-work meeting with excellent omelets! (Just wish they had goat cheese as an add-in!)

We were so happy to find this patisserie in Los Angeles. No where else did we find such nice pastries. I like to have croissants in the morning with my cafe and these were divine. We will be back next trip. Merci

I've never had such amazing pastries!!!! We spent a long weekend in the Beverly Hills/LA area and vowed to eat someplace different all weekend...but we ended up here twice. It was conveniently located on our way from Bev.Hills to the beaches and the airport. We didn't have any of the hot food but it all looked amazing. We had a... More

I fly from SF to LA often just to have brunch here. I normally dont eat quiche but this place has exceptional quiche meal. It usually comes with salad for about $8. A choice of vegetarian or with meat. It is soooo delicious and perfectly filling and satisfying. Enough room after for their equally delicious cakes, pastries, pies. Everything here... More
