Saturday Brunch: Let me start off by clarifying, the info on their website states that the brunch begins at 10am, that is incorrect, it begins at 11am, but what is even worse, the price stated on website is $32, it is actually $40. $40 is absolutely not worth it. If you want a custom made omelette, ok, they can do... More

I have not tried the buffet, but the menu options are way too expensive for the value, and the food is not that good. And guacamole didn't seem fresh either.. Def not worth to try- you can find better options at city walk..

The seafood buffet at the Hilton Universal is packed with so many selections that your head will spin. They offer King crab legs, Salmon, Shrimp ten different ways, a huge sushi bar where they will make you custom rolls and hand rolls. They also have the greatest desert bar that you will need to visit even though you are full.... More

Quality of food is not even near the price you pay. you have two options, open buffet or a la cart. when you look at the menu a ala cart, you will definitely go to buffet, as any single plate will equal the amount of the buffet.

Cafe Sierra is a very attractive big hotel dining space. The menu is good but the buffet has an enormous array of foods. You will find something for every taste. One hint -- if you enjoy bread, get it to your table before picking out your meal.

Fifty four dollars is a lot of money for a meal. Succulent prime rib, lobster, fresh sashimi, Alaskan crab legs, to name a few, would definitely be worth more that $54. This is by far the best buffet money can buy in the LA area. Can't even compare to the 65+ dollars buffet at Caesar's Palace. So if you have... More

The breakfast buffet can either be continental breakfast or upgrade to full buffet. If you like the full buffet, it includes ; bacon, sausage, omelets, pancakes, potatoes, and chinese porridge. The continental includes; bagels, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cuts, and... More

Hands down best buffet, seafood or otherwise! We went to the Seafood/Prime Rib weekend buffet. Great quality, variety and service. A bit pricey, but worth it. Most buffets are quantity not quality, this has it all.

Excellent selection of fish and seafood, especially in the Asian food section. Roast beef, sliced to order, excellent, the desserts are awesome, especially the creme brûlée.

The breakfast buffet was very good but much overpriced. I can somewhat understand $28 for adults with unlimited juices and fruits, made to order omelets and such, but a 4 year old for $18 just didn’t seem reasonable. For the little kids I would recommend ordering from the menu. Our server however was beyond awesome in working with my family... More
