A friend and I were in the area to visit the Last Bookstore, and we decided to stop at Clifton's to eat as it was in walking distance to the bookstore. Cliftons is an oasis of eclectic culture and memories. There are three stories to...More

Excellent selection of old school food. We were able to satisfy the wants of 10 people and stay within a budget. Definitely a good choice for a large group with diverse food wants.

Way too loud. And now darker. They have the very dark tiki room which seems dangerous coming down the stairs and the music is cranked up for miilennials. Food is pricey.

The atmosphere is very cool. Lots to see from eclectic to interesting. There are many photo opportunities, from the ambiance to the food. Music in the background allow conversations without interruption so it's a great date location. The ambiance is terrific for the young and...More

This is a wonderful place that both satisfies your tastebuds and your eyes and ears. It is a cafeteria style restaurant where you grab a try and follow the line down so you can choose from a large variety of foods. We went on a...More

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
