Was in LA for a convention and had read reviews on a number of restaurants. Rock n Fish kept popping up as one of the top rated. Looking at the outside it seemed chain like. We ate at other restaurants prior since I couldn't quite get my head around the great reviews compared to the outside appearance. Finally on the... More

We stopped in this place for a late night dinner and drinks (9 pm) based upon the sidewalk side they had outside. The sign stated something about "late night drinks and apps". When we walked in we asked where we would need to sit to take advantage of that. The guy behind the desk said he didnt know what we... More

Location in the center of LA Live is convenient to numerous hotels. Menu has a lot of different choices in terms of cuisine and price level. our server was Cody and the service was personable and punctual. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Would definitely return.

Overall, a very good restaurant. They did everything well. The wait was only 10-15 minutes. Server was prompt. Dinner was good. We had 2 people in our party; one had ribeye and the other had salmon. We have no complaints. I would definitely come here again when I go to the STAPLES Arena to watch an event.

we were enticed by the steak and lobster combo which certainly did not disappoint. the steak was well cooked, mash potato was really smooth and the honey walnut brussels sprouts were amazing (best we have had so far). the seafood cioppino was also bursting with flavour and tasted really fresh! however, what tainted our experience here would be our server... At JW Marriott with family for a Cheer competition. Rockfish Seafood Grill is reasonably quality lunch. Fish and Chips are my recommendation, but my wife's seafood salad and chowder was the bomb.

First day of our holiday, and having checked Trip Advisor, we went here, but without a reservation. Struck lucky and walked in even though the place was busy. Service fast friendly and efficient, wonderful food choice and ample servings. We all had something different and all enjoyed our dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

This restaurant was recommended by the JW Marriott concierge when I asked for a casual place. It's fairly large but service was prompt, and we particularly liked the outdoor tables. Food is relatively standard fare but well prepared and there are healthy choices.

I had a dietary restriction and the waiter made sure my tuna and salad was done exactly as I needed. Very nice business atmosphere for lunch. Food tasted great and all were friendly.
