Perfectly suited for sharing plates for a group. Everything that our group of six tried was delicious, albeit a little pricey for what you get. Very hip venue in downtown LA. Worth seeking out.

Delicious food took a client here on a business trip. The OG sandwich didn’t disappoint. Salads delicious. Only thing missing is an espresso machine and Californian wines on the wine list, which was entirely Old World focused and lacked light crispy white options better suited...More

We checked out Bäco Mercat ahead of a show one night. It’s a popular spot serving modern plates of various sizes (big and small!) with some yummy vegetarian options. I started with the “Apples for Algernon” cocktail. I don't typically have rum-based drinks but this...More

Wonderful fresh and unique seasonal take on a tapas-style menu. The ricotta fritters were delicious with a creamy, honeyed yet slightly spicy taste, but the sauteed stone fruit was one of the best dishes I have ever had. Great wine list. Hazelnut chocolate cream dessert...More

The space is not fancy, but it does have a bit of a hip vibe. We were here for lunch, so the atmosphere may be very different at night--as they have nice long bar. We liked all our dishes, but thought two that we shared...More

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
