A happy, popular place with families and food trendies alike. Fairly priced and just delicious. Besides the mushrooms, I recommend the hangar steak with salad. But just ask the helpful waiter. There's pizza too. It looked wonderful.

Where else downtown can you go and buy a little bit of heaven? There are over 20 flavors of deliciously delightful macaroons…at $2.50 a piece, I bought a beautiful decorated box that holds five. But which five? I loved the mint, espresso, raspberry, and bananas...More

My first experience was not really good as the hostess with glasses was so rude (probably racist). My old mother had a seat in a table as she didn’t see the hostess or any sign, when I arrived and I told her that Im joining...More

Well known for many years, no reservation is accepted. First come first serve basis. Make sure you don’t get seated by the huge white wall. Even though the ceiling is high, it still echoes and it looks ugly. We asked to be seated near windows,...More

Great for treats to bring home. And you absolutely have to try the macarons; salted caramel is the best!

Myself and three others recently dined at Bottega Louie's for brunch during a Los Angeles vacation. I must say that I absolutely LOVED this place. They don't take on line reservations like opentable but I believe you can call in your reservation. When we arrived...More

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
