Came here to celebrate with some friends. We ordered bouillabaisse, chicken breast salad, steak frites, and the three course menu that included butternut squash soup and steak frites. The baguette was delicious, the food was well presented and the service was very attentive. I would...More

Located in the former National Biscuit Company building in industrial LA, Church & State, located on Industrial Street, offers French inspired cuisine in a knock-out setting. We dined here last week during Dine LA and found it well worth the trip from our usual enclave...More

We went to C&S with great anticipation. After the first appetizer, the deviled eggs, we were wowed. Amazing little concoction that was simply the best deviled egg we've ever had. Unfortunately, after that auspicious start, it was all down hill. I next had the french...More

I had dinner here with my niece. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere and service was very good. Our server was friendly, attentive and offered some great recommendations. The lamb shank and escargots were delicious! We both truly enjoyed it!

Delicious french food. The deviled eggs was amazing and so was the pork belly. Everything we ordered was good.

I've dined here many times for both lunch and dinner. It's a nice space in the growing arts district east of DTLA. It's convenient to downtown, but far enough away to have easy parking and easy access. It's a very nice space and rarely super...More

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
