We stopped here on the way to Mammoth Mountain, and was so delicious we decided to stop on being the way back as well. Both breakfast and lunch menu items were great. Highly recommended.

This is a must stop when either staying in Lone Pine or driving though. The breakfast is worth the stop and the line you may find outside. The omelette are great.

We ordered eggs and bacon, a breakfast burrito and pancakes. All were good. Place was busy with a queue for seating.

Wow, IF you order any of the BLT type sandwiches, plan on splitting or bring a wheelbarrow to carry out what you were not able to consume on site. My burger was good, but my companion's BLT sandwich was big enough to feed AT LEAST two if not 3 reasonable people. The fries that came with both orders were excellent... More

We ate here for breakfast one morning while staying at a local RV park for a night. I was drawn to this cafe by the excellent Trip Advisor reviews and the experience did not disappoint. The menu has a big variety of tempting breakfast items so it was difficult to choose, but I decided on one of the specials that... More

The place is fairly small and you'll probably have to wait... But it's definitely worth it! Food is amazing!!! Our server told us that just about everything (except the tortillas) are homemade. You can tell. Especially loved the super thick cinnamon French toast, breakfast potatoes, rye toast and sausage patties (NOT pre-formed like the ones you get in other restaurants).... More

The most outstanding breakfast ever. We went each morning before hiking and were well nourished for the day. The pastries are excellent as are the pancakes, omelettes, French toast, etc. The fruit was fresh and delicious. Coffee is great. I would go out of my way to eat at this restaurant again.

That's always our motto. The hole-in-the-wall places generally serve real food, not frozen or reconstituted stuff, and when the locals are your competition at getting a table, you know it's going to be good. The Alabama Hills Cafe and Bakery lives up to that reputation with great tasting food and enough of it to fill you for two meals. Lone... More

Portions were very large. The place was crowded. There didn't seem to be much choice away from high starch selections. Still, the food was tasty enough and the service was good, if rushed.

We arrived just in time as the café was going to close in half an hour. Thanks to Trip Advisor we were able to find this place and had an enjoyable lunch on our way up to Lake Tahoe. I had a soup and 1/2 sandwich combo. The potato cheese soup was great with big chunks of potato and my... More
