We stopped here for lunch on our way from Yosemite to Mammoth and thought it a lovely little place to stop off. It wasn't too busy so we got seated right away. Food was homely and plenty of it so much so we couldn't find room for pie or cake although they did look and sound lovely. Service was friendly... More

We very much appreciated having the option to eat in a restaurant so near our cabins for the moments we did not feel like cooking. However, while last year we had an excellent lunch at the Cafe while passing through, this time we found the food acceptable but only OK. We will, however, eat there again.

You'll regret not stopping here for food if (a) you're anywhere between Mono Lake and Yosemite Valley and (b) you're even the slightest bit hungry. This is an authentic, rustic little cafe that serves excellent hearty, homemade sandwiches and even better pie! No wifi in the cafe -- you'll have to talk to each other.

As other reviewers have said, great breakfast place. Clean with a small breakfast counter (part of the appeal) excellent food (eggs over easy are not easy to do correctly....but they did it! Most likely some of the best scones I've ever eaten. Good job! We would eat there again if we were to go through there in the future.

One of the best breakfasts we've had in years! We ate here after camping in Tuolumne Meadows for 3 nights and it was AWESOME and just what the doctor ordered! Pancakes, Bacon, French Toast, Eggs were all top notch and were music to our bellies!! Staff is awesome and make you feel like you're eating at home!!! We'll be back... More

Stayed at the resort and ate breakfast there every morning for a week. Great basic food cooked with care, you could not ask for anything better to start a day of hiking. Ate dinner there many of the nights of the week we were there, food was good, not fancy and large portions. The desserts were homemade and fantastic.

You have very limited options, when you are in this area, for food. We stopped here for lunch, and as soon as we walked through the door we knew we made the right choice. The smell of cinnamon rolls was wafting through the air. It's super small and cute. The food was all very good, but dessert was the memorable... More

Since we live on the East side of the Sierras we use Tioga Pass to enter Yosemite. It isn't a trip without stopping at Tioga Pass Resort and eating in the cafe. Space is limited to three tables and setting at counter but food is excellent, home style with yummy homemade cakes and pies for dessert. Portions are very large... More

Quick stop for coffee and a snack became a great stop for an amaxing home made blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream! On your way from Yosemite NP to Mono lake it's a must.

My father-in-law and his wife vacation in Mammoth Lakes every year, and we spent a week with them in September, exploring the wonder of this beautiful area. One of the places they wanted to share with us was the Tioga Pass. As we drove up the winding road and passed the amazing scenery, I was thrilled to be there, taking... More
