Wahoo's! Food is good, fast, and cheap. Not spectacular but a nice quick eat especially if you are coming from the beach. Place is decorated really nicely and has a nice feel with plenty of seating.

Every time we come to La Jolla, on vacation, this is the first place we go to eat. We've been coming here for years too. We mostly have their grilled or blackened fish tacos or fish enchiladas. When we have tried other dishes, they have been excellent as well. Their food is consistently excellent with a decent portion size. The... More

In this part of the world Fish Tacos are almost a religion, nobody can agree on which are best. Wahoos is a chain so you'd not necessarily expect the best, and you'd be right. There's nothing wrong with them but they're pretty average. The staff were extremely friendly.

The fish and carnitas tacos were three stars. The carne asada tacos were four stars. Super nice people running the place but slow service.

Small diner, friendly staff, yummy and spicy Mr Lee's and tomato sauces. Slaw was tasty. Blackened fish tacos was good. The Cajun beans was good too.

My favorite is the Outer Reef Burrito. Delicious. You have a choice of protein, rich and beans. It is simply the best !! They also have a happy hour from 3-6 pm with great prices in wine, drinks and beer. I love to get the fish on my burrito with black beans and brown rice. It's always good ! Go... More
