I go out of my way to stop at this bakery. Be prepared for long lines but it is worth the wait. I recommend waiting in the coffee only line on the left first if you want a drink. The iced sea salt coffee is excellent. While you are waiting for the coffee, fill a tray with your bakery treats... More

The bread and coffee here are really good. The only problem is that depending on the day/time, you may be faced with a long line to buy the bread. There is only one line to buy bread and you can also get drinks at the same time. If you are only buying coffee, you can go to the cashier on... More

Sometimes there are lines out the door here. It's a self-service bakery with pastries that are familiar to Americans as well as Taiwanese customers. Very interesting ingredients such as taro, mango, sausage, cheese are used in items that sit happily in spotless display next to items such as chocolate croissants, custard tarts, cinnamon twists, cranberry and cream cheese rolls. The... More

Try to avoid the line at this place. otherwise i usually get a bunch of the original buns to go, and the taro half moon and they're fresh, and the service is fast

If you are in the area, this is definitely a must....There are so many varieties and combinations of pastries you've never thought of, but they are so good! My husband and I picked some up on our way back to the hotel, in case we got hungry later. He ate most of it without sharing. We ended up having to... More

We had to travel to Manhattan Beach to learn about this restaurant. They have the best baked good - sweet and savory. We were intrigued by the kalamari rolls - made with squid ink...looking like black rocks, one bite and one finds that the roll is light and airy with the taste of garlic butter on top and swiss cheese... Uniformly high quality across the entire menu. Melt in your mouth pastries and hot, satisfying drinks. The soy milk and Taro latte are especially good. Be prepared to wait in line because this place is really popular.

The bread is not the best in Irvine and if I need to wait in the long line to pay every time , I rather choice other bakery.
