Whenever we visit our friends in SoCal, we always start our vacation with lunch at Kimos in Huntington Beach. But it was closed on the Monday that we arrived, so we settled for Sandy's (downstairs). I think that "settled" is the right word. This place needs work. Sure... the setting is nice. But our food was average at best, and... More

Went for dinner after just arriving in Huntington Beach, menu outside looked very nice. A few other people dining, Place was not very warm and seemed a bit disorganised. Waitress did inform us that it had recentlt changed hands and changes would be coming. Food was just OK some strange combinations and could have done with some chips of fresh... More

Sandy's is at an excellent location being right next to Dukes. Nothing fancy just dropped in for a quick drink with friends. Ordered a Strawberry margarita and just chilled out for an half hour.

Sandy's sits right on the beach. The food and service were delightful! We ate here for lunch and I would highly recommend it.

The only restaurant in Huntington Beach with the exception of Dukes upstairs that is literally right on the beach, which is why I keep going back despite choking on my meal because of some funky spice or the way it was cooked, everything taste like Treebark. The fried green beans weren't that bad but the quinoa burger was just ruff... More

This is a perfect restaurant for viewing sunset on the beach. The food was also enjoyable although my Salmon on Polenta was a bit salty. My husband enjoyed his burger. Valet parking is a plus as it can get busy. Recommended.

Was loured in by happy hour prices, but then realized they didn't have happy hour on a weekend. Prices of all drinks instantly doubled. For the size of the drink, it wasn't worth it.

It is located below Dukes and has nice view of the beach. I used to play volleyball down there all the time and never noticed it before. Thought it was part of Dukes. Had a cheese burger and fries. Was very good. Waitress was attentive. Checked on us many times and refilled my coke about 4 times. Menu is a... More

Never been to Huntington Beach, but was meeting my Niece, her husband and their two kids half way and ended up here. In one word? FANTASTIC! Not only is it right on the beach, but the service and food were GREAT! My next trip back, this will definitely be a go to again.

Good food and a well-stocked bar; great lazy-day location to sit by the pier and watch passers-by. Prices are "average" but food and service are usually very good.
