We visited Sandy's for lunch on a weekday in January. The restaurant was very busy. We were seated in the closed in patio area. Immediately, it felt too chilly. The waitress told us the overhead heaters didn't work. The food we ordered was average, not one way or another. We quickly realized, this restaurant was busy because of the location... More

Went with some friends for breakfast. They offered a late breakfast (until 2pm) and a lunch menu which was great! They had 4Sons CoCo bear which we love and great tasting Bloody Mary's. We did hear news that they are not owned by Dukes any longer and are going to be creating a huge 360 degree bar with lots of... More

The macaroni and cheese was fantastic! If you're looking for a relaxing and nice view this place was very satisfying. It was a little echoing from all the talking but not to the point you couldn't enjoy the place.

Stopped by for lunch passing through from Dana Point back to Los Angeles on Christmas vacation. We were the only ones dining for a late lunch. Restaurant is under going a renovation. Expected personal attention and got it. Waitress was nice and understanding when we had to send fish and chips back because the fish was not the typically mild... More

Whenever we visit our friends in SoCal, we always start our vacation with lunch at Kimos in Huntington Beach. But it was closed on the Monday that we arrived, so we settled for Sandy's (downstairs). I think that "settled" is the right word. This place needs work. Sure... the setting is nice. But our food was average at best, and... More

Went for dinner after just arriving in Huntington Beach, menu outside looked very nice. A few other people dining, Place was not very warm and seemed a bit disorganised. Waitress did inform us that it had recentlt changed hands and changes would be coming. Food was just OK some strange combinations and could have done with some chips of fresh... More

Sandy's is at an excellent location being right next to Dukes. Nothing fancy just dropped in for a quick drink with friends. Ordered a Strawberry margarita and just chilled out for an half hour.

Sandy's sits right on the beach. The food and service were delightful! We ate here for lunch and I would highly recommend it.

The only restaurant in Huntington Beach with the exception of Dukes upstairs that is literally right on the beach, which is why I keep going back despite choking on my meal because of some funky spice or the way it was cooked, everything taste like Treebark. The fried green beans weren't that bad but the quinoa burger was just ruff... More
