This is a place for foodies. Wild mushroom cobbler is to die for! Great texture and flavor. We split the peach and porchetta salad, game hen and fresh broiled vegetables. All were excellent with great presentation and flavor. Service was good and the wine list...More

We liked this restaurant a lot. Lively fun, warm ambiance with a lovely waitress. The calamari appetizer was a bit disappointing only because of it's small size. Was 4 bites at most. But the wheat berry cakes and trout were delicious and I would happily...More

An unexpected excellent dining experience in a bleak town with few dining choices. Everything fresh and made to order. Very tiny, reservations a must.

I had a lovely birthday dinner here with a roasted small cornish hen, veggies, wine and a salad. It was very tasty and I enjoyed watching the cooks place their famous pizzas in the fire lite oven. This neighborhood Brick and Fire Bistro is a...More

In a very quite environment, the Brick & Fire Bistro makes your dinner a romantic one. The salad, the pizza and pasta were delicious. The people were friendly and generous and the dessert topped the meal. We went there upon the evaluation of the trip...More

Arrived at 1 pm hoping to miss the lunch crowd and were seated quickly. I had ordered the caprese BLT on a previous visit and was eager to try it again. The flavors were great but the bacon was limp, not crisp, and so were...More

I prefer this place for lunch over dinner, or a late lunch (2 to 4) with their limited menu. Their little "Two Doors Down" next door which is a wine bar with limited menu is also great!

Didn't have reservations for lunch (in Eureka?) but the squeezed the two of us in at a wee bar overlooking the wood burning oven. That was fun watching the ballet like movements of the chefs in the small kitchen. Had two different pizzas and they...More

Not paying attention, we planned to meet friends here on our trip on Sunday. They weren't open, so we returned on Monday. We started with the wood oven roasted oysters which we loved. The chili buerre blanc was spicy but not too hot. The salads...More

Description
To just call Brick & Fire Bistro an Italian restaurant wouldn't quite describe it. The space is focused on our wood-fired brick oven - the 'cornerstone' of the kitchen. In it we do everything from bake breads & pizzas, roast lamb shanks & pork chops, and bake ziti and polenta lasagna! We have a wine list offering more than 25 wines by the glass, local beers on tap by Redwood Curtain Brewing, and comfortable, professional servers top off your experience. We love serving the food we love.
