Ordered a four egg scramble and got an omelet. Strawberries were rotten. The waiter never checked back once she took our order.

My wife and I love to visit Papagayo on every visit to Encinitas. On our most recent two-week visit to Encinitas, we ate once for breakfast and once for lunch at Papagayo. Both were outstanding meals. It has a very diverse menu with something for...More
The music, decor and menu were very inviting and then a table of 10 raucous women arrived intent on making as much noise as they could. It is amazing how a dining experience can immediately change; we dropped into survival mode and even changing tables...More
Located in the heart of Leucadia, this fusion bar and restaurant offers delicious entrees, salads and craft beers and drinks. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Live music most every night. Great happy hour with small plates and beer, wine and margaritas. Street parking only.

Had some really good Penne pasta with seafood mix. Angel hair pasta w/shrimp, fantastic. Fun, casual eatery with full bar with, you guessed it, margaritas!! Easy location right off of Hwy 101, fun drive through Encinitas and all the artsy places to look thru.
Across from Cardiff State beach and San Elijo state park, the location lends itself to a casual dining experience. The freshly made food and home made gelato is very good, and the personnel friendly and very attentive.
