We were at the restaurant for happy hour and lucky to get a small table with three bar height chairs. Service was very good and we tried many of the items on the special menu and loved all of them. My favorite and my daughter-in-law's too are the ribs that were so tender falling off the bones. My husband had... More

Have been to happy hour here several times with friends and always a good time with good drinks and appetizers. Starts at 3 pm so good for the retired folks!

Great ambiance, great food and Jefffrey is PHENOMENAL! Gave our recently widowed mother a specially-made desert on her anniversary. Even invited my brother back to have a private lesson from the chef on how to cook the lamb. Love this place, and pray they expand to the DC area soon!!!

The food really tastes great. The drinks are also great as is the service. It's far more than a 'burger joint': there's great nuances of European cuisine. The decor is quite attractive featuring a dark wooden appearance. A great restaurant for business or family.

As always in US is it hard to guess the price range. There was a few fancy cars outside so we were a little bit worried at first but the price range was good especially compared to the quality. The server suggested that we should share the ribs unheard of in Europe. We took an excellent starter and the ribs... More

According to the reviews we were looking forward to our dinner here. However, this may have been the worst evening that we have experienced in a long time. Very noisy (but lots of people like noise-we do not). Waitress was so shrill and talked so fast that we had to slow her down in order to understand her. Ordered a... More

Stopped by Paul Martin's for a working business dinner. Good variety of options to satisfy diverse pallets. Highly recommend the chicken wing appetizer from the bar menu (which we were able to order from the dining room). Filet mignon was on the evening's list of specials and was exceptionally good. Service was excellent - attentive without hovering. Plentiful wine list.... More

I ate the spareribs, which are good - meat is falling from the bones. The atmosphere is quiet and high Level. A place where you can go with Business Partners or customers as well.

We were happy to find this fine restaurant near the hotel where we were staying. Be sure to make a reservation since it is very popular. We dined on ribs, salmon, delicious pasta and the butternut soup was velvety good! Excellent selection of wines too.

This is a reliable nice sit down restaurant for lunch. The food is very good. I had the steak salad and my friend had the fish tacos. Would recommend both. Our waiter was wonderful.

At the heart of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin’s aims to take diners back to the farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, the best of both wild and farmed fish, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors.Surveys show that 78 percent of American consumers value regional and local food for home cooking. Why? For health, taste and to preserve the rural landscape. Embracing this concept, Paul Martin's believes it's their responsibility to carry these values into the restaurant kitchen.
