The restaurant is small but always pretty full, the waiters and staff are extremely helpful in our ordering, the food is always delicious and so interesting.

It's definitely a hot spot in the area and the food is pretty good, but the waiters appear to be overwhelmed and tend to neglect their tables. It's a little frustrating when you need something and no one notices for some time. I actually had to get up and ask a waiter for water during my meal. Ugh! Not good.... More

Atmosphere is trendy. The service is very attentive and friendly. The food is excellent. Fish for sushi is fresh. The selection of sushi rolls has something for everyone. They make the best sashimi salad in town. The only draw back is that while there may be at least 70 to 80 seats for dining in, arriving after 6pm is quite crowded.

Was in town for 2 weeks and came here 3 times. yeah I love this place. The Tokyo garden roll is my absolute favorite. the tuna sashimi is totally awesome. The bora luau island is delicious especially if you like spicy tuna. Fun atmosphere with televisions for games. Can't wait til I get to come back again !

Poor and neglected customer service! They need to be more friendly and act like they enjoy being there! So I left a dollar tip!

Even if you don't like traditional sushi, you can't find a sushi roll here for anyone. Found this place because it was close to hotel, now it is my go to spot when I'm in town.

I love sushi but do not like Tokyo Garden. The food quality has been declining since the new owners took over. I was a regular but I will not go back.

This place has good food. If you stick to their rolls, you won't be dissapointed. This isn't a place to eat pure sushi. I had a couple cuts: Fatty salmon, ono and tuna. Sushi portions were large. Sadly, each bit had this watery taste as if the fish had been frozen. Left me disappointed. What was delicious were their rolls:... More

Hands Down..this place has awesome sushi and a steal of a lunch deal! I come here every month, I stopped going every week, what can I say... I was totally addicted. I tried to go to lil tokyo downtown for a more authentic taste...omg I was so so mad. I had to come back to the Garden where I know... More

Visiting relatives in L.A. This was my second visit to this restaurant. Wonderful fresh sushi, beautifully presented. One of my favourite all time restaurants. Docked one star for only selling wine by the glass and not having a wine list.
