Ordered take out - kung pao chicken and almond chicken dinners. The portions were huge and came with rice, fried shrimp and egg roll. Also, came with siracha sauce, sweet & sour sauce and hot mustard. Very tasty and very reasonably priced.

This restaurant is good for a quick bite to get at reasonable prices. Nothing to write home about but it serves its purpose, especially if you like Mandarin food.

We've eaten at Mandarin Garden at least once each year for the past 5 or 6 years. If you're looking for a fusion of Chinese, Mexican and Indian food, pass this yummy restaurant by. This place specializes in Great Chinese food. Everything we ordered was...better than the last. I read one review which said the rice was dry. Of course, this is Chinese rice, NOT Japanese sticky rice. There were four of us. We had soup, tea, fortune cookies, FIVE entree to share and yummy rice. The bill for all was $65.More

Used to love this place. Recently went back to find overpriced and old food. What does $75 dollars get you? Old orange chicken drowning in sauce, old fried rice (looked like it was left over from weekend batch) and Kung pao chicken that was mostly...garnish. Attention restaurants, stop charging so much for bad food. Skip this place. Come to think of it, this might be my fault. I should have taken the B in the window more seriously. Mandarin Garden is now off our list forever.More

It's a small restaurant, but they give you a good amount of good quality food. If you're in the mountains, and are craving some Chinese; then this place will take care of you.

I've been to Mandarin Gardens several Times to meet with friends for lunch. It is your typical small Chinese restaurant so don't expect gourmet here. Staff is efficient.

We ate here as options in Crestline are pretty limited, and we wanted something different to the Mexican we had the previous day. The food was ok, and surpassed our expectations based on the appearance of the place. It will never win a Michelin star,...but was edible, and the owner was very helpful and friendly.More

The Crestline Mandarin Garden is "okay." We've been quite a few times over the years when we wanted Chinese food and were in the area. The OTHER Mandarin Garden in Agua Fria (owned by relatives) is MUCH better. The one good thing I can say...about this one is that there is never a wait. It only seats maybe 8 total families - it's a tiny restaurant. The food prices are okay.More

Don't be dissuaded by the shabby looks of the storefront and eating area of this restaurant. Every dish is full of flavor an each is distinct from the next. Great for take-out.

I went there yesterday, a Saturday. It was my second time going to this restaurant. The food is pretty good, not great, but pretty good. However, yesterday I arrived at about 3:15PM. The restaurant was closed and the sign on the window said it would...open for dinner at 3:30PM. I decided to wait and went back to my truck and waited until 3:25. I then went to the door and decided to wait outdoors. At 3:27, the female owner came to the door, looked right into my eyes, and put up a sign saying they would open at 4:00PM. She then turned and walked away. She did not acknowledge my presence in any wayl. She acted like I wasn't there. And, you know what, I NEVER will be there again.More

By far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Like how do you mess up fried rice? Absolutely no flavor what so ever. I say skip this place, it's not worth your time or money.

This is a nice small restaurant but I've had better and more authentic food elsewhere. The hot and sour soup isn't as hot and sour as it is traditionally but it's ok. I've been here many times hoping it will get better but it's just...ok.More
