We trolleyed over to Coronado in search of breakfast on the morning of my birthday. We hopped off the trolley, with not a lot of prospects in sight. And then... we happened upon Candelas On the Bay. How incredible- to sit right on the bay,...More

Went here recently for brunch on Sunday. Actually had the breakfast menu instead of the brunch buffet option. The menu is very good, with lots of variety, some Mexican oriented and some not (french toast, crepes, etc). Decent prices. The place is hopping. Service was...More

Someone recommended this for our anniversary dinner. We didn't like it. We were on the porch, I thought there would be a view of the sunset but there wasn't. Seats were super uncomfortable and the food wasn't very good. We had the seafood tacos and...More

While the food and drinks may not be the best in the San Diego area, they are certainly better than average. The outdoor dining on the water overlooking the city is worth the ferry ride to Coronado.

I'm looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my mother's birthday (group of 7). There is one person with a gluten/dairy allergy. Do you have gluten-free/dairy-free items? And do you take reservations?
