This is one of my favorite places in Carmel to eat. It is quaint, romantic and has excellent food. I go for the Coquilles Saint Jacques. The entrées comes with soup or salad at dinner which is not usually the case in pricey Carmel. And...More

The staff, atmosphere, and patisseries were wonderful, the lunch not so much. The Chicken Pot Pie was very heavy on potatoes and peas, very lite on the chicken. Also, it had a mashed potato top crust rather than pastry and no bottom crust at all,...More

Very nice restaurant. Seating is comfortable. Service is cordial and paced perfectly. Our lunch was delicious and the prices are reasonable given the location. Definitely will revisit.

An annual tradition to dinner here for the show starts. The menu is full of traditional french country style dishes. It is also a bakery so over the top deserts.

This was a cute place to have a nice lunch and some delicious pastries. Very charming. We had tuna melt on a baguette and quiche. Both delicious.

Here is their phone number (831) 624-5008. They only take reservations for dinner, apparently. Google it, look at website, refer to dinner menu.

A relaxing and comforting venue modeled after a European chateau where tables are thoughtfully spaced and fresh flowers, fireplace, candles and soothing musical notes are integral part of the dining experience. The ambience sets the tone for French country food served with a great deal of care for detail, and pastries baked daily on premises. Dining room is available for private dinner parties.
