This was a fun place to drop into. The location is one of the few hip places I've found in Carmel Valley. If you want a margarita or beer without leaving CV, I highly recommend it.

The place is always lively and the food is consistent. They have the best chips and salsa! The service could be faster, and the noise level lower, but overall, a great place to go with family or friends for a very casual night out.

Service was very good, the prawn artichoke quesadilla, chile relleno, chips and salsa were excellent, drink menu, and prices were all great. We especially loved the ambiance and all the auto/racing memorabilia. Nice outdoor patio we passed on due to weather. We will be back!

A rustic cantina with old signs, gas pumps and other relics of the past. Its a fun décor and makes you feel you are in cowboy country. Great food, great atmosphere, great drinks. Oh and the portions are huge. Great place to go for lunch or dinner and don't forget the happy hour. whether you are a visitor to the... More

great taste and salsa. The hostess could have done much better . We were there twice and never got a smile or welcome. Last year we were treated soo much better. Very disappointed until the food and servers took over . Then we remember why we came back. Service was very good. Food at the right temperature. Waiter keep on... More

The moment we walked in we were greater and seated by pleasant employees. We had a great waitress who has excellent customer service. The nacho plate was well done and my husbands shredded beef tacos were delicious! The chips and salsa were quite tasty and the bill was quite affordable for California and I would say it was comparable to... More

This place was recommended by the waitress who served us at the wagon wheel where we had a marvelous breakfast. Happy hour was lively and the menu delish with great prices. The margarita was (meh). We did enjoy the food and atmosphere. The prices were decent. Would definitely eat there again.

The Cantina is across the street from the hotel and full of life and atmosphere, the food is really good Mexican. They have an outside area with live music in the evenings

Two adults and one 8 year old really enjoyed great Mexican lunches. Great presentations and flavours. Good service and if you didn't enjoy this type of food before you will love it after you've been here! Petrol heads or Clarkson fans will love the engines, vintage bikes and photos. Prices were OK too.
