When a lot of restaurants have closed for the season, Bangbang was still open and serving a treat. Definitely worth a visit and thoroughly enjoyable.
Close to Hirafu, great service, great fresh food - very satisfied! Had a mix of vegetarian and meet, both from the regular menu and the daily specials. Small place that was fully booked and they had another restaurant beside it called Bang2.

Went 1st April and for some of the dishes prices seemed hardly believable. But the atmosphere is surely very cosy and lively, thus booking is absolutely necessary even in low season. Sashimi was good but expensive. Best to stick to the yakitori choices.
Very friendly staff and owner, great options of local/ traditional Japanese food. Ensure that you make a reservation upfront because it is always full. We had a great night with friends.
We have been to Bang Bang every year for dinner with friends. It's one of the best Japanese restaurants in Niseko. It's a great place to have dinner with several friends...last year we had about 20 people...so they have plenty of room for a dinner...More
