This is an absolute gem. We went here twice during our short stay at Paro. They serve the best momos and the pork pa was even better. We also had a delicious ema darshi. We were so busy relishing the food that we didn't pause...to take pictures. While the food is excellent, the owners are a delight to meet. We shall miss this placeMore

On the first day I tried eating here, it was full. I got lucky on the second day in Paro. Ordered red chilly kewa datshi, dal, rice and hantshey(spinach) datshi. The vegetables tasted fresh, the food was delicious and I liked that we werent rushed...or interfered with by the service. I could comfortably read my book while waiting and during eating. Had a great time. Thanks!More

This is the only place in the country where we were clearly not entertained. Once we were told they were closing, but online we checked and it was supposed to be open. Second time we were told that they are full, inspite of having a...couple of tables empty. We felt strange and left, the lady at the restaurant was rude.More

A family owned business and the owner himself was very helpful and kind. A true gentleman! Food was delicious, try to avoid the fired rice only but the butter chicken was the best along with daal.

They serve good food. I ordered fried rice which was good. I couldn't finish as the quantity was more than sufficient. So I packed it. There is no packing charge but they backed in simple foil paper. The pink colored butter tea was also good.

Waiter was very rude. Tablecloth was dirty. Unhygienic kitchen space. Overpriced. Ordered bhutanese specialties, mediocre taste did not meet expectations.

Loved the Indian food here. The service was prompt as well (we were only one of the two groups of customers). Food was made fresh and served steaming hot. Must visit place!

We followed reviews and we had the best dinner. Hyper attentive owner of the restaurant recommended what to have. We had 15 momos between 2 people and a huge, beautiful egg fried rice and spinach with cheese. Just a delightful way to finish a wonderful...day hiking...! Loved it and stop reading this review just go EAT!More

The food is good in quantity and okay in taste. One can go but the service is pathetic. The girl serving us was hi ugh on attitude and not at all polite. She just kept the food and went. We had to wait for almost...50 mins for our order. Skip the place as it didn't look clean also.More

Watch out for this family run restaurant on the main street of Paro. It is very easy to miss as it is on the first floor level. The boneless chicken with burnt garlic rice is one of their signature dishes. The pork and chicken momo's...are among the best we've had. The Hentsey Datshi (spinach in cheese and chilly) too was delicious. I would very strongly recommend this cozy restaurant for anyone looking for tasty local food. The owner herself gave us helpful suggestions in deciding our menu.More
