The place was good just stopped in to get a quick bite to eat before getting on the road. The crab cakes my wife liked while I liked the prawns

The fish and chips were OK, shrimp appetizer very good. The patio or fireside tables are lovely. The wine list is OK. Service friendly. You don't go here for the food really, you go for the chance to sit on the water.

Didn't have a destination for lunch and just dropped into this one because it had a view of the sound. Very good lunch. I had the calamari steak sandwich, very good.

Boring title but true in all aspects. Curb appeal and parking area are attractive. Service is professional and friendly, not pushy or rushed. Bread to begin helped us work through a wide menu of options. I took Petrale Sole which was terrific. Not too salty...More

We had good food and an outstanding waiter. His manners and training made for an exceptional experience. As we ate dinner we watched the kite surfers and boats sail across the bay on a very windy day.

We were surprised at the taste and quality of the food. The view of the docks and bay are rustic but the inside atmosphere is local. The "crab and mascarpone delights" were unique and delicious. Clam Chowder was ok...far too much pepper. The Rock Fish...More

Description
Great food, friendly service and spectacular views await you at Lucas Wharf Restaurant in Bodega Bay. We are a waterfront seafood restaurant on the beautiful Sonoma Coast, about 1-1/2 hours north of San Francisco and just minutes away from the wine country. We have a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a patio for outside dining. From your dinner table you might see the local fishermen unloading their catch on our dock while sea lions play in the water below and pelicans sail by overhead. We offer a large selection of seafood choices, plus steaks, pastas and vegetarian options. We have several unique signature dishes (calamari!) And delicious, seasonal dinner specials. We have a full bar and proudly feature premium Sonoma County wines and local draft beers. So, for either a romantic sunset dinner, a quick bite on your way through town or after a lazy day at the beach with the kids, visit Lucas Wharf Restaurant, family owned and operated since 1984.
