We met a long lost friend here for lunch on our day trip to Bodega Bay. It was a beautiful day so our group of 9 sat outside and enjoyed the warm sun & soft breeze while we caught up and had lunch. Service was perfect, not too slow, and not rushed. The clam chowder was good as witnessed by... More

Chowder and salad the best. If you like fried food fish and chips great. Great selection of meals and wine, beer and cocktails great. One of our favorite stops when we camp in the area. This time Valentines Day and perfect weather. Fishermen feeding seal lions with lots of voice and swimming around. That is what you get here.

Awesome tenderloin and fish and chips, and a good selection of other food on the menu for those who don't eat fish or beef.

Don't eat here for a great experience. It's for tourists. Yes, the food is fresh, but it's so commercial.

Lucas Wharf is my favorite restaurant in Bodega Bay, a favorite to most locals in Bodega Bay, CA. They provide seafood, Italian, and American cuisine. With a lovely bar & restaurant with beautiful views of the bay and seals.

I had out of town guests who had never seen the Pacific Ocean before, so I took them here on a Sunday about 11 a.m. hoping for crabcakes benedict for brunch. No brunch. The creamy calamari is good, tender and very rich. This is the only place I know of that does it this way and it is good. The... More

My boyfriend and I stopped here after we had a terrible experience with a restaurant down the road from lucas wharf. This place was so inviting with the most polite and kind staff I've ever encountered. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The food was delicious!!

We arrived for dinner cold and wet but we're soon transformed. The house specialty fish stew was piping hot, perfectly seasoned and full of delectable bites. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. It was after dark when we arrived but we have to presume that the view of the Harbor is top notch; part of the dining area is on... More

Visited them twice and had the clams with linguini both times ... the cream sauce was delightful. Joshua was our server and was very attentive. The view onto the bay is gorgeous. We watched a boat unload its catch as we ate our dinner.

Description
Great food, friendly service and spectacular views await you at Lucas Wharf Restaurant in Bodega Bay. We are a waterfront seafood restaurant on the beautiful Sonoma Coast, about 1-1/2 hours north of San Francisco and just minutes away from the wine country. We have a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a patio for outside dining. From your dinner table you might see the local fishermen unloading their catch on our dock while sea lions play in the water below and pelicans sail by overhead. We offer a large selection of seafood choices, plus steaks, pastas and vegetarian options. We have several unique signature dishes (calamari!) And delicious, seasonal dinner specials. We have a full bar and proudly feature premium Sonoma County wines and local draft beers. So, for either a romantic sunset dinner, a quick bite on your way through town or after a lazy day at the beach with the kids, visit Lucas Wharf Restaurant, family owned and operated since 1984.
